Shipping Questions

  • Do you ship internationally?
  • Yes, Puck Technology is an expedited shipper and ships via Global Priority Mail. You will need to log onto usps.com and calculate your own postage using the origin zip code of 90755 and your destination. That is the exact amount we will charge for International shipping.

    If you would like to use our Expedited Shipper Service for your order, you are more than welcome to contact us with your order information (product to be purchased, and the postal code we are shipping to) and we will be able to calculate the shipping cost to any country. You can also contact FedEx directly to make sure service is available to your specific area and country. The shipping zip code for Puck Technology is 90755.

  • How was my package shipped out?
  • If you order Overnight or 2nd Day Delivery option, your package will be shipped out using our Expedited Shipper Service. If you ordered Priority Mail, your package will be shipped out via the United States Postal Service.


Billing Questions

  • The money has not been taken out of my account. Why?
  • Either the information in your order did not contain enough info or the info was not accurate enough for the order to be processed.

  • Do you keep my information on file?
  • Puck Technology has a strict policy of keeping our customer’s information private. We keep records only for tracking and confirming purposes. Your personal and credit information is always destroyed.


Ordering Questions

  • Can I place a wholesale order?
  • If you would like to sell our products you must fax us a copy of your current 'resale license' from your store and include your phone number so that we can contact you for your first order.

  • I put the wrong address on my order, what can I do?
  • If you placed an order online and the address was wrong, please contact us IMMEDIATELY in order to avoid a shipment to the wrong address and extra shipping charges to you. Call us at 1-800-530-3510 and one of our representatives will be happy to assist you.

  • Can I have a different billing and shipping address?
  • This can only be done if the shipment is going to the same general area. Due to the possibility of fraud we have to restrict some shipments and this can be done at our own discretion.


Product Questions

  • How long is the urine good for?
  • Our synthetic, toxin free, dehydrated urine in its dehydrated form is good for a minimum of one year. Once the urine has been mixed with water you will need to use it that day.

  • Can I use someone else's urine in my Whizzinator Kit?
  • Yes, you can use someone else's urine in our kit. We just ask that you be 110% sure the urine is clean before you use their urine. If you do use someone else's urine simply collect the sample the day of your test and inject it into The Whizzinator with the refill syringe. Use the sample that day.

  • What size waist does the belt fit?
  • Our kits are designed for waist sizes of 28' to 52'. If you feel that this is not going to be sufficient, please request an extension belt when you place your order.

  • Where does the heat pad go on the Whizzinator Kit?
  • The heat pad attaches to the bladder bag on the side of the bag opposite the temperature strip. When worn correctly the heat pad is located between the belt and the bag, on the side away from your body.

  • Can I reheat my Whizzinator Kit?
  • This kit was designed to be reheatable. It can be reheated every day, if needed.
